“Chateau Lajarre” is maid from 70% merlot, 20% cabernet franc and 10% cabernet sauvignon. The age of the vines is 25 years old and the size of the property is 50 hectares. The owner Grégory Lovato show us an beautiful Bordeaux Superieur with a complex nose and black fruit notes. The mouth is wide with silky tannins. Well balanced and powerful, you will enjoy this wine with grilled red meat or Beijing duck.
