La Rose Brisson is made from 85 % merlot and 15 % Cabernet sauvignon. The age of the vines is 35 years old. The wine stays 12 Months in new oak french barrels. While the Merlot Grapes gives to the wine a fruity and round character the cabernet sauvignon is responsible for its tannic structure. This wine has a complex nose and toasty oak flavors with an elegant finish.
